Order processing
Your order is shipped within 48 business hours of payment confirmation.
When will you receive your jewelry?
- Mainland France: 3 to 5 business days
- European Union: 5 to 10 business days
- Rest of the world: 7 to 12 business days
Free shipping
Your shipping is free in mainland France on orders of €70 or more. For smaller orders, or for other destinations, the rate depends on your country and is shown at checkout, before you confirm.
Tracking your parcel
On the day of dispatch, you receive an email with your personal tracking link, so you can see where your jewelry is at any time.
Delivery address
Please check your address carefully before confirming your order. If there is a mistake, write to us as soon as possible: we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
Delays and lost parcels
Once the parcel has been handed to the carrier, delivery times depend on them and, outside the European Union, on customs services; Léer Jewels cannot be held responsible for these. If your parcel is late or seems lost, contact us at contact@leerjewels.com: we handle the process with the carrier.
