You have 14 days to change your mind
In accordance with articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a right of withdrawal of fourteen calendar days from receipt of your order, without having to give a reason or pay a penalty. Where the order contains several items delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item.
How to proceed
- Let us know. Write to contact@leerjewels.com with your order number and the item concerned. You may use your own words or the standard form reproduced below.
- Check the item. The jewelry must not have been worn and must be in its original packaging, with its accessories.
- Send it back. Pack it carefully and send it to: Léer Jewels, 7 rue de la Providence, 78120 Rambouillet, France, no later than fourteen days after informing us of your decision.
We recommend a tracked shipment: the parcel travels at your risk until we receive it.
Return costs
Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the item received is defective, damaged or does not match your order: in that case, we cover the full cost of the return.
Refund
Once we receive your return, we check the item and confirm its arrival by email. If it is in order, the refund is made within 7 business days, to the payment method used for your purchase. It covers the price of the items as well as the standard shipping costs initially paid; if you chose a delivery method more expensive than the standard offer, only the cost of the standard offer is refunded.
The value of an item handled beyond what is necessary to check its nature and characteristics may be reduced in proportion to the depreciation found.
Exchange
Prefer a different piece? Tell us when you request your return. Exchanges are possible subject to available stock.
Non-returnable items
Personalized or engraved jewelry made at your request is excluded from the right of withdrawal (article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code). For hygiene reasons, earrings unsealed after delivery cannot be taken back or exchanged.
Defective or non-conforming item
Independently of the right of withdrawal, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L. 217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), which allows you to obtain repair or replacement of a non-conforming item for two years from delivery, and from the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). If you receive a damaged item, send us photographs: we arrange the return at our expense, then replacement or refund.
