Your order is shipped within 48 business hours of payment confirmation.
When will you receive your jewelry?

These times run from the moment the parcel is handed to the carrier. Unless another date is indicated, your order is delivered no later than thirty days after the contract is concluded, in accordance with article L. 216-1 of the French Consumer Code.
Free shipping
Shipping is free in mainland France on orders of €50 or more. Below that amount, a €5.50 shipping fee applies. For other destinations, the rate depends on your country and is shown at checkout, before you confirm.
Countries served
We ship to France, throughout the European Union, as well as to Australia, Canada, the United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States.
Tracking your parcel
On the day of dispatch, you receive an email with your personal tracking link, so you can see where your jewelry is at any time.
Delivery address
Please check your address carefully before confirming your order. If there is a mistake, write to us as soon as possible: we will do our best to correct it before dispatch. A parcel returned to us because of an incorrect address, or not collected within the period set by the carrier, may be reshipped after payment of new shipping costs, or refunded for the price of the items, less the original shipping costs.
Delays and lost parcels
Once the parcel has been handed to the carrier, delivery times depend on them and, outside the European Union, on customs services; Léer Jewels cannot be held responsible for these. If your parcel is late or seems lost, contact us at contact@leerjewels.com with your order number: we handle the process with the carrier.
Customs duties outside the European Union
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees may be charged when the parcel arrives. These amounts are set by the authorities of the destination country, are not included in the shipping price and are payable by the recipient.
