Return period
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return an item to us.
How to make a return
- Write to us at contact@leerjewels.com with your order number and the item concerned.
- Check that the jewelry has not been worn and is in its original packaging, with its accessories.
- Pack it carefully and send it to the following address: Léer Jewels, 7 rue de la Providence, 78120 Rambouillet, France.
Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the item received is defective, damaged or does not match your order: in that case, we cover them.
Refund
Once we receive it, we check the item and confirm its arrival by email. If it is in order, the refund is made within 7 business days, to the payment method used for the purchase.
Exchange
Prefer a different piece? Tell us when you request your return. Exchanges are possible subject to available stock.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn cannot be taken back or exchanged. The same applies to personalized items.
