2. What data do we collect, and why?

3. Who do we share it with?
- Shopify, which hosts the shop, processes payments and secures the website. For some functions, Shopify also acts in its own name: see privacy.shopify.com.
- Carriers, to deliver your parcel.
- Payment providers and fraud-prevention providers.
- Authorities, only where the law requires it.
All are required to protect your data and to use it only for the requested service.
4. How long do we keep it?
- Orders and invoices: 10 years, in line with accounting obligations.
- Customer account: while the account is active, then 3 years after the last contact.
- Marketing (newsletter): 3 years after your last contact, or until you unsubscribe.
- Cookies: 13 months maximum.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies (basket, session, security), for which no consent is required, and, with your agreement, audience-measurement or personalization cookies. You can change your mind at any time through the cookie management banner or your browser settings.
6. Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers, including Shopify, may process your data outside the European Economic Area. These transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or by an adequacy decision.
7. Your rights
You may request access to your data, its rectification, erasure, restriction of or objection to its processing, its portability, and withdraw your consent at any time.

8. Security and minors
We protect your data with appropriate technical and organizational measures (encrypted connection, restricted access). As no transmission is perfectly secure, avoid sending us sensitive information by email. Our website is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date.
