01 How long does delivery take?
Your order ships within 48 business hours of payment. Then allow 3 to 5 business days within mainland France, 5 to 10 within the European Union and 7 to 12 for the rest of the world.
02 Can I return my order?
You have 14 days from delivery to return your order in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is defective.
03 How can I track my order?
On the day your order ships, you receive an email with your personal tracking link. You can also view your orders from your customer account.
